I have consistently had a great experience at this Olive Garden location. Despite being short-staffed, they are able to provide quick service with a maximum wait time of 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. It's a perfect spot for families. When we received the check, we were surprised to see that we were charged extra for the soup and salad, in addition to the cost of our meals. We expressed our concerns to the waiter and requested to speak with the manager, but we were told that the charges were correct. Feeling rushed, we paid the bill but vowed never to return and warned our friends and family about our experience.
