We had a reservation for 9pm and arrived at time, when already several people were waiting outside and all tables were already fully occupied. The waiter told us, tonwait 10-15min. During this time more people arrived, it was obvious that they oberbooked. We (and all the others waited for more then 30min, without anyone taking notes of us or even offering a drink.
