If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff was incredibly rude to me. One attendant brought my coffee, accidentally spilled it, and then carelessly tossed the straws onto the counter before walking away. Another staff member approached me with the rest of my order, and her attitude was dismissive as she practically threw the items at me. Another staff member approached me with the rest of my order, and her attitude was dismissive as she practically threw the items at me. When I asked for a drink holder, she simply hurled it onto the counter. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. They really need to train their employees on how to treat customers properly.

This was the worst service I've ever encountered. They seriously need better training on customer service.
Gave this place another shot.. Still serving the worst burnt ice coffee and soggy toasted bagels around. For yrs.
Just horrible dont believe me go there yourself especially on a busy morning
