Discovered this restaurant whilst out on a lunchtime drive, wish we had not.I chose the chefs recommendation of sander, as I have enjoyed this fish many times in the past.It came in small pieces in batter, cooked so long that the fish was so dry and very chewy, and the batter very crispy.
