The Drive-Thru wait wasn't too long, the cashier was cordial, and the food was hot.. so all in all I was pleased with this KFC. With that being said, we specifically requested original recipe chicken; however, we were given crispy chicken instead. The crispy chicken was good, but my family and I still prefer original recipe. I actually give a -0 rating for food and service. You advertise a 3pc box with 2 breast 1 wing for 9.99 I ordered it. I was given a wing and a short thigh. No breast at all. Yes, I should have checked before departing the drive thru but you will not get my service again, I should check in to suing for false advertisement. And not getting what I was charged for View all feedback.
