We were there for brunch on Sunday. I think it's a bit late that it doesn't start until 11:30. Elsewhere, brunch starts earlier, e.g. 10:30. In terms of atmosphere, I would prefer rooms with a view of the outside, sometimes there is a bit of a bunker atmosphere.
