Been a patient of their clinic since 2016 and I’ve always had pleasant experiences. They have quite a lot of doctors , to my knowledge all of them speaks English. Receptionists are also friendly and welcoming. Whenever I’ve visited with an appointment, I’ve never had to wait more than 20 mins, this does vary a lot when you don’t have an appointment. Also, at the time when I couldn’t step out in winter due to flu, the doctor provided over the phone consultation. So far I’ve only had good experiences with this clinic and team :
The doctors speak fluent English and they take the time to explain everything to you. It does get busy so definitely recommend making an appointment. The only negative is calling there means....phoning several times before the reception finally answers.
Very openly listening to all kinds of worries. All doctors seem very competent.
