What Johann Lieb doesn't like about La Maison Chay:
Unfortunately with the new menu it is no longer vegan. Sometimes animal ingredients are indicated explicitly, sometimes by numbers, sometimes not at all. It was only by chance that I found out that my dish contained an animal fried egg.
