The staff were friendly, I've read a few reviews about one of the gentlemen being rude (and I think I was served by the same man), however he was perfectly nice to me. I don't speak German well at all and had to order in English. The food was good and hearty. I cannot give a full score because I did feel some obligation to tip from the lady that served me later. This is a little awkward and not normal in my culture. View all feedback.

Solid German home cooking, however, the chefs “good thing wants to have some time” should take a little to heart. I'd rather wait longer for my food when it gets cold in the middle and let it go back twice. (Grillhaxe) Since the waiting was quite worthwhile and it was very good.
