Was Anonym at Sweetgreen a mag?
Generally, I’m not a fan of large chain restaurants, but I can’t say no to the custom bowls at Sweetgreen. They always hit the spot and I love trying their seasonal specials. I've probably visited 50 Sweetgreens from coast to coast; it’s my guilty pleasure. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Sweetgreen:
I wasn't very pleased with my experience. They refused to take my order, stating that they had discarded all the grains for the day, even though it was still during their operating hours. I'd prefer to support vegan and vegetarian restaurants instead of relying on a place that includes fish, chicken, and cheese in nearly every salad and dish, with only one exception. I am not a big fan of this place. First of all you can only only order online there's nowhere to park around there when I arrived even though my food had been ready for 5 minutes I had to stand in line with other people to wait to pick up my food the food itself was pretty good I wish the greens were not just raw I think you get more nutrients in there a little bit more palatable however having said that everything was very tasty I just find the concept I've only being able to order online off putting
Food is good and love that it is healthy but ordering is such a pain! No one answers the phone, you can't order at the window, and the app is super glitchy and doesn't work for me (android phone). So I have to order from the browser on my phone. But it doesn't work on the browser (chrome) from my computer (it just doesn't log me in when I type my password). Soooo stupid.
Sweet green has the best salads everywhere! all ingredients are fresh and the dressings are creatiw. my favorite is the crispy rice bowl with miso dressing. it's hard to find an salad that fills you like a meal, but somehow sweet green makes it work. it was so much liked that we came back twice in a week. this will be my new place for salads when I am in the city. delicious!
The order process is about the worst I have experienced. Yo have to create an account. You have to save your credit card to your account. No Apple Pay. You will be responsible for all orders on your account, yet you have no way of properly securing your personal information. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
Very slow. online orders are often 10-30 minutes late, even at 3pm with few other customers. beginning to question my sanity every time i come back. hopefully the mendocino farms opening up across the street is better! Price per person: $10–20
