I used to be a frequent customer at this Subway location. It was my go-to spot when I was in a rush, and the service was always pleasant. However, today, there was a woman working there who charged me for two six-inch sandwiches instead of my usual footlong. When I questioned the reason for the mistake, she became defensive and rude. I paid for my order and left, feeling disappointed. I don't plan on returning to this location in the future.

I ordered the great garlic sub for pickup. I made a few modifications through the app, but nothing extreme. When I picked it up, it was just the ingredients added, nothing from the base great garlic sub. Very disappointing, and frankly, a waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 3
