Oh, my word. Lark is where it is AT! If you are looking for an amazing BBQ, don't look further. The staff was very friendly, our food came fast and was perfect temperature. I had the Rib Tips w/ 2 pages dinner (Mac and cheese and cheese) and I am in heaven. This sauce is a great mix of sweet and a little heat. Bands were so tender. The food here tastes GREAT! Its so great that you don't need any sauce. Which is awesome if you eat Keto and can't eat the sauce. I asked for no sauce. I got home to find my brisket and pulled chicken covered in sauce. I could at least wipe off most of the sauce on the brisket. The pulled chicken was thoroughly mixed through and inedible.
