Panda is great when it's fresh. We stopped when we went there last night because Beijing's beef was hard chewing. Don't get me wrong, her food is incredibly 95% of the time. Just don't go within an hour of closing time. They wouldn't cook steak anymore, we wanted two orders, so I thought it was worth it, but apparently they have to cook a lot when they do.
