What Roberto Marciano likes about Ristorante Osteria Penalty:
We stayed at Penalty twice in just over 20 days. The first time we tasted the tartare... really excellent, homemade panna cotta for dessert. The second time the undersigned opted for the cordon bleu, approx. 300 grams, excellent. My partner enjoyed some peeled prawns in curry with wild rice. Bread cake for dessert for both. What HC-Zurich doesn't like about Ristorante Osteria Penalty:
The restaurant is quite a bit uphill so not that easy to get to. Good view from the terrace though. The two vegan options are both tofu based, which I'm generally not a huge fan of, but if you want to try something different in Bellinzona it's certainly worth a go.
