I ordered a custom birthday cake that wasn't ready on time due to illness among the bakery staff. They were very apologetic and offered me a different type of cake free of charge. It was delicious! This was the carrot chai cake. I think we all agreed that we enjoyed it even more than we would have enjoyed the one I originally ordered. Truly a happy accident. Highly recommend!
