Ordered through drive thru, food was cold, fries tasted like they were made the previous day. Chicken was alright when heated up in the oven. People pay good money for this junk, do not recommend.
Don't waste your time or money this is not a taco that will leave you satisfied there's almost no meat that's really sad??
The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Gaurav, who took my order at the front, was very rude and did not listen to my order correctly. He made a mistake, and I could see that he was shaken by the repercussions of his error.
Delivery was an hour late. I called and found out food still was siting in store. I asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. At this request the manger became hostile and insulted me, swore at me. I repeated the request to cancel/refund and the manager just kept yelling insults over me talking. During the insults she clearly stated i was not human and did not deserve to be treated as a human and i was to be treated poorly. Food arrived at my place an hour later. I did not eat it and put it trash. Would you eat food made by a person who said you were not human and deserved poor treatment? Contact KFC corporate about issue, over 2 weeks and no response. One of the KFCs of all time, has a family of skunks living under the shipping container that's encircled by the drive-thru. Skunks are primarily nocturnal, though, so if you're visiting in the daylight hours you shouldn't see them.
