A very busy place. Not sure why. There are some amazing tea rooms in Oklahoma. This is not one of them. On a good note; the scones with lemon curd sauce were wonderful, the baked fudge was excellent and our server/waitress was very sweet and friendly. It has the beginnings of a great tea house. Although a few short cuts have recently changed the place. They no longer serve using vintage tea service rather now plain ugly new teapots.
