Tuggie Joe's is your basic country greasy spoon. They have a Friday buffet that is like $11.50 per person plus a small menu of sandwiches and what not. I don't do buffet so I ordered a cheeseburger and French fries. I ordered the burger pink and the fries extra crispy. I received a very well done dry hockey puck and semi raw French fries.
