My experience at Metz Express was disappointing. We stopped by for a cappuccino, but when they arrived they were lukewarm despite specifically requesting them to be hot. After sending them back, the waiter made two fresh ones but became defensive when I explained why. He said he was busy, but that was not an excuse for poor service.
