We made a reservation with our clients at 4:30 p.m. for 7 p.m. We waited 2 hours for our food. When we gave feedback on the food (tartar was too salty, spaghetti a la chef had no heat at all, fish crispy was floury and the dough was almost raw) the chef came and asked in a very unfriendly tone what the problem was when we told him explained what was wrong, he claimed that it couldn't be.
