The food is amazing, of course, so I hate to give less than 5 stars... But it's sometimes upwards of 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting on someone to take a phone call. Don't ignore the people in your establishment in favor of someone calling in. And it's not one single person doing this, it's everybody. Which tells me they're told to do that.
