Always reliable and always good. The Esquire can be counted on to deliver a good meal, especially their chowders and daily specials. Although the prices are creeping up, I guess it’s a sign of these pandemic times? All Covid restrictions are adhered to. I had the daily special of corned beef and cabbage. Very professional staff, their mussels dish is very good, after that their lobster sandwich is good, but it is totally unacceptable that their calamari dish is calamari taken directly from a deep-frozen bag and the same goes for their French fries, even with their vegetables, which are all taken from frozen bags.
