I've been a patron here for quite some time. The customer service is always exceptional! I like that they're still old school and have to order over the phone. It's a nice human touch. Delivery comes within the stated window. Driver's are nice as well! I always get their Italiano fried chicken (white) dinner. The chicken was a bit greasy this time but it was still delicious. We ordered Buckeye wings with sauce on the side. We ordered honey mustard sauce on the side barbecue sauce on the side and ranch. We did not want any sauce on the buckeye wings and they put sauce all over. It was $57 gave the driver $10 tip and they would not remake our food or give us our money back.
