For well over ten years this has been our go-to place for the baked lamb that is a speciality of the region. So, after a covid-induced gap of two years, we came with anticipation only to be disappointed. The service was as good as always. However, the plates we were to eat off and those carrying the potatoes and broccoli were cold. As a result our food was hardly warm half way through the meal. Worse was that the lam... You just have to try the Bratlamm dish as it is excellent. My husband and I always share the shoulder of lamb with chips when we are in Bedar as you can not beat it. The quantity and quality of the lamb is not replicated in place and taste. The location is wonderful if you want a fabulous view and the owners are attentive.
Nice restaurant, friendly staff, wonderful views and delicious food. Can't wait to return in August!
