Wish I was a bigger fan of their beans, because they are one of few roasters local in Central Beaverton. I've tried a couple different bags and haven't been that impressed compared to some of my favorites in Portland. I generally try every bag of beans as a hot and iced pour-over, iced latte, and straight espresso.
