Being in Portland for two years, I can’t believe I have never tried this place until now. The interior of this place is very clean and modern. The few pictures hanging on the wall makes it immediately clear that you are in Portland. We ordered pho and vermicelli. The beef broth was very delicious and very authentic. Vegetarian spring rolls or salad rolls as they call them are very good. Vegetarian soup was very bland. Almost no flavor, not even salt. No aroma of star anise or cinnamon or any other spices typically found in this style of broth. From other reviews it seems like maybe just an off-day.
