Description

A neighborhood coffee-and-bakery spot known for strong coffee, breakfast sandwiches and 24-hour convenience. Friendly, often fast service and ample free parking make it handy for families, commuters and late-night travelers. Popular items include cinnamon rolls, muffins and crispy chicken, but experiences vary: food quality, atmosphere and order accuracy can be inconsistent, donuts sometimes sell out, and occasional lapses in professionalism have been reported. Affordable prices and reliable takeout keep it a convenient stop, though expect occasional availability and service hiccups.

I arrived with my family around 8:30 PM and was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady. There were three employees on duty at the time, and the other two young men were also very friendly and quick with their service. Unfortunately, my favorite donut was sold out, but they were apologetic and offered alternatives. Overall, the service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong and forgot to include my coffee, which can happen, so I didn’t think much of it at first. However, when I brought it to the attention of the woman at the drive-thru window, she tried to gaslight me by saying that I needed to order my coffee explicitly next time. To make matters worse, she charged me again for the coffee, which I went ahead and paid for. While I was waiting for my drink, she turned to her coworkers and started complaining about me, even pointing in my direction. When one of her coworkers asked if I still needed something, I explained that I was waiting for my coffee, and yet she was implying that I was being difficult. This behavior was completely unprofessional. This Tim's was once my preferred stop on my trips to and from the cottage, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

One of the worst tim hortons around they can't get a simple order right and the dark roast coffee never tastes like a darkroast

Much to my suprise open 24 hours. Great sandwhiches and muffins. The two boys on night shift are very friendly and seemed to be hard workers multi-tasking while making my families order and chatting with us. Only complaint is that they had little to no donuts left.

This place is so painfully slow. Staff is unfriendly and cold, which is strange because the local community and farmers are all very good people. Not a nice atmosphere at all. Another Tim's nearby would be appreciated.
