Casa Arturo is situated by a very pretty park with outside tables under the trees. Lovely The owner/ waiter? Spoke good English, not that I had expected him to but it did help. I ate here twice and both times it was perfectly good but I would like to have seen a better selection of tapas. Since I don't eat bread I was rather limited in my choices for a lighter meal.
