However, while the food earns high marks, the service experience is notably inconsistent. Many patrons have reported delays in receiving their orders, with some expressing dissatisfaction about the staff's warmth compared to competitors. Nevertheless, exceptional team members, like manager Adrienne, have left lasting impressions on guests. Overall, while Hardee's excels in food, improvements in service could elevate the dining experience further.
The food was quite good, and the prices were reasonable. I was hoping to try the Guacamole Burger (like the one at Carl's Jr. in California), but unfortunately, they don’t have it here. Instead, I opted for the Big Double Cheeseburger, which was enjoyable.
We ordered two Fresco Meals, but the bread was hardly toasted at all. The sourdough bread was still quite pale, which detracted from the flavor. We also had a 5-minute wait in the drive-thru.
I ordered burgers from this restaurant through GrubHub, but what I received was completely different from what I initially ordered. When I called to address the issue, the manager simply answered with a casual "hello," showing a lack of concern for running a business. I was disappointed by their unprofessional attitude and their apparent lack of understanding regarding orders and the GrubHub process. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
It took a while for all our food to arrive and for everything to be organized, ensuring that everyone received their orders. On the positive side, they kindly put all the jalapeño poppers, which were incredibly delicious, in one container.
I recently visited Hardee's for the first time, and I have to say that the manager, Adrienne, was the kindest person I encountered during my time in Delaware. She definitely deserves a big hug! Not only was she polite, but she was also friendly and offered us sauces with a warm smile. This made our visit truly memorable, and both Matty and Mark really appreciated the experience. Thank you, Adrienne!
