We tried Bistro 14 for the first time this year and went back three different times. On each occasion the food was outstanding and the staff was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. Was very disappointed. Greeter was very rude. Also when we called to move reservation we were told no because they were completely booked up. When we got there it was half empty.
