Butera’s Restaurant in Bay Shore is the newest addition to the Butera Restaurant Group. Owners Gary Butera, Martin Laurie Butera, Nick Zografos, and David Novak have created a stylish atmosphere with cool green and white panels, brick, subway tile, marble, and original artwork. The spacious bar and dining room offer a casual and comfortable dining experience, with garage doors that bring the outdoors inside to enhance the open, airy industrial look. Since its founding in Massapequa in 1991, Butera’s kitchen has been serving traditional rustic Italian cuisine with a modern twist, featuring unique specials made with authentic ingredients and locally sourced products. The Butera family is excited to begin this new chapter in Bay Shore and looks forward to serving and delighting the community for many years to come.
