My daughter took me out for dinner to celebrate my birthday, and instead of opting for the buffet, we decided to order steak and grilled salmon. I usually don’t order my steak medium, but it was cooked to perfection! One of my daughters prefers her steak well done and was very pleased with hers, while my other daughter had the grilled salmon and said it was delicious.
