Stuffed Quesadilla
A flour tortilla grilled and stuffed with cheese, beans, choice of shredded beef or chicken. Served with lettuce, guacamole and sour cream.
Pork Enchiladas
Two cheese enchiladas topped with ranchero sauce and pork sauteed with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, rice and beans.
