I had the worst Christmas Eve fish dinner ever using their Seafood Breading mix. I guess it's a case of buyer beware. I chose this mix because it was very fine like using rice flour. When we tried to eat the fish,Shrimp,Calamari,it was so salty then we read the ingrediants on the back to discover there is 760 mg of sodium per tbl spoon of mix plus MSG in the mix. Love this fish fry, but DO NOT ADD SALT to whatever you're frying. There is tons already in it.
