In the heart of the city lies a restaurant that promises an oasis-like experience, complete with quirky decor and a relaxed atmosphere. While the unique aesthetics and stunning views enchant many, the service leaves much to be desired. Guests note the absence of waitstaff and music, which detracts from the ambiance. Additionally, some staff members could enhance their hospitality skills. A standout employee, Alex, shines amidst the shortcomings. Despite its flaws, the venue holds great potential; with improvements in service and a touch of natural décor, it could evolve into a truly exceptional dining destination.
This place had so much potential, but it fell short. There was no waitress service, no music, and the atmosphere was lacking. The manager or bartender seemed somewhat intoxicated, sipping whiskey, which was quite disappointing. With the right changes, it could be a much better experience. What a shame!
The bar staff could benefit from additional training in hospitality, particularly in customer service and bar operations. However, Alex stood out as a fantastic member of the team.

The bartender appeared to be half-drunk while drinking whiskey, which detracted from the overall experience. With some improvements, this place could definitely be much more enjoyable!
If I could give ten stars, I would. The magic is in the details and The Bird, Bath has magnificent details. We were greeted by Samuel at check in. Samuel is charming, knowledgeable, and so very funny. A wonderful bottle of champagne was waiting for us in our room. The snack pantry has many delicious treats. Even the water is charming! Could not recommend this quirky, lovely location more. Service: 5
The location was really good, but a parking charge of £20 for the night was very unexpected. The room as a whole was good, but it needs a little work on it, a lock of paint, a different toilet roll holder, that actually fits. The quirkiness of the place was great, milk in the fridge in the lounge, snacks (that could be restocked more was a lovely touch. All in all a nice place very clean, but little thoughts. Could make it great. Service: 5
