We utilized the online booking system, and our reservation was confirmed. However, it became clear that the restaurant was not informed of our reservation, as they told us upon our arrival that we did not have one. This communication issue needs to be resolved. We had a disappointing experience at Firejacks as they didn't receive our reservation made through OpenTable, which didn’t seem to be compatible with their PC system. This was not a great start to our visit. We found the prices to be quite high, especially since many extras come at an additional cost.
