This is an experiment I would not repeat. You may be light by the hype of the crowded place and the large choice of combinations...your bowl gets passed on to about 3-5 people until it reaches the cashier, before the last step it will be loaded with sauce and chopped up allowing it to absorb the yummy dressing.
