Hello everyone, if you're in the Bartow area, I advise exercising caution when ordering from Bedrock Wings. The chicken I received was undercooked, and when I asked for a refund, they were argumentative and only provided a partial refund. The customer service was lacking, with no apologies or recognition of the problem.
Bartow Bedrock offers excellent food in a charming and tranquil setting! The staff is friendly and attentive, and our dishes arrived hot and flavorful. Don’t miss out on the fried mushrooms from their menu!

I always order the wings special. While their other baskets are tasty, I just can't get enough of the wings. Even with a small price increase because of supply chain challenges, the daily specials remain excellent value. You can’t go wrong dining here.
