What S A likes about Beef Shack:
Great beefs and burgers. Forget Portillos, for the same price, you get better quality and taste. Portillos used to be the go to for the burbs, Beef Shack is much better. Employees are much nicer and service was excellent. Highly recommended ??Parking: Parking at this location is much better than at the Saint Charles location which has a very small lot. What B M doesn't like about Beef Shack:
Food was good but I was very disappointed that none of the workers were wearing gloves and I saw three different workers handle my sandwich and play with their phones. The manager really should enforce that plastic gloves be worn and the girl handling money also handled our sandwich with no gloves and make sure they are changed frequently. View all feedback.
