When you hear Freshi and when you look at their menu one would link, healthy, fresh whole food. But no this is not the case. The Smoothies are packed with sugar (in their frozen yogurt I believe) you think it's just (banana, strawberry and yogurt... but it takes like a McDonald's shake, way too yummy but not natural or healthy.
