I’ve been there since the opening, the other Times’ it was good, but today the waitress spilled a whole cup of icestea over me. I was totally wet and I hurt my hand cz the glass it was an accident. the compensation for me, which all sat wet and cold from top to top, was a cafe latte!? is that really how I should be compensated as a customer. sad!
