The atmosphere was local, the food was incredible. I had the Octopus leg which was a first, and there was zero regret in ordering it. The waiter was great. The Parmesan cheesecake made my knees weak… who would have thought!
First night in BCN, We had booked a table in advance based on previous reviews. We were not disappointed. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very helpful with her food and wine recommendations. The food was amazing both in taste and presentation. We were hoping the first night in BCN would set the tone for the remainder of our trip, and expectations were exceeded.
Really good food. This place is very nice, romantic and great atmosphere! Make sure you reserve in advance as they are always fully booked!
When we walked in, they told us the place was fully booked and there were no available tables. We asked if we could sit somewhere just for 30 minutes, and it turned out we actually had 40 minutes before someone’s reservation. Our whole dinner took only 20–30 minutes. So if they tell you it’s fully booked, ask what time the reservations start — you might still have time to enjoy your meal before someone else arrives. Probably the best pasta I've eaten in a while. Great lunch or dinner spot, and I highly recommend the ragu or ink pasta. The wine they recommended was also a very good pairing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
