Visiting Barcelona for the first time and came across this little gem as it is walking distance from our hotel. The decor is absolutely lovely and it truly doesn 't feel like your in a mall setting. The wine is delicious and affordable and the food is great. They have a large variety of baked goods and digger r types of coffee. However, what really blew me away was the friendliness of the staff. Don't eat from this nasty place!! Ordered some salmon with chips. Salmon came raw!! I mean like seriously raw! Chips taste like they have been cooked in 16year old oil. Customer service is appalling. I would never ever recommend ANYONE EATS HERE. View all feedback.
Not the best neither the worst. Would give 3.5 stars. The fish is quite nice, the burger is pretty good although basic and lacks any 'special ' ingredients./flavours. Overall, I would say if the prices were a bit lower it would justify 4 stars. The service is inconsistent, you may wait 10secs or 10 mins to get a menu/get a drink/pay for your order.
Awful service. We stayed for more than one hour a party of nine and we only got served some of the first courses and most drinks. Most of the main courses never arrived. They didn 't even bother to take away the empty dishes after an hour. When we told them that we needed to go because it was getting late for us instead of charging us they kept delaying us : let me ask the after first , let me check with the kitchen first ,..

We were 4 people in this restaurant. We ordered 2 quinoa salad, 2 hamburguesas (1 vegetariano and 1 from merlu fish). The quinoa salad arrived first, very small salad with no seasoning. Half an hour later, when 2 people finished their salads, our hamburguesas arrived. Mine was made from cheakpeas, 1 millimeter thin with a hair inside (the waiter (or manager i dont know) told me it's from the potatoes bag. I didn't know potatoes bags were hairy likely humans... The fish hamburgesa was impossible to eat, very bad taste so my father couldn't eat it. The service was quite OK from that guy, can't tell the same about the waitress. I have been there before for a glass of wine only and wine was very good, the sommelier as well. Will definitely not come back there for lunch.
This was by far the slowest service I have ever seen. I was in the que with 2 people infront of me and I waited 12 minutes !!!!!! And the people infront of me ordered like 2 coffees each. Until one lady yelled at them and told them this speed of service was unnacceptable, they did things ULTRA slow. Horrible.
