What Kingpaul100 doesn't like about Bravo 24:
Booked a table whilst staying at the W. The restaurant looks fab but beneath that facade is trouble and disorganised chaos. First we had a table, then we didn 't and then , whoops, yes we did ! Not a good start. Service was frankly, dreadful. Kitchen service very, very slow and this seemed to put the waiters in ' hiding ' ? Quite a few of the tapas dishes were not available. Disappointing to say the least. View all feedback.
