I have noted the many impressive reviews so I do not really know what happened to class our visit to Bivio as a disappointing experience. I ordered a steak (medium) but it was cooked short of rare when it arrived. Eating it was beyond me and I politely explained to the waitress who said that she would rectify the mistake.
