We attended a concert at the Cross Arena. There are hotels closer to the venue. Given our experience, the short 10 min drive was worth it. I will stay here the next time we attend a Bangor concert. Hotel staff clearly love their jobs; all are friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy (and I'm picky), and the rooms were clean. A wonderful stay all around. View all feedback.

Expected more from a Hilton brand. Paid $200 for 1 night, upon entry the room smelled of cigarette smoke, no charger connection available to charge cell phone front desk said I'd have to purchase a connector, bedroom tv had no connection, no breakfast included and upon check out, no questions asked about stay. Room and bed clean but overall very disappointing for the price paid. View all feedback.
