I have high standards when it comes to steak, so having to wait for another knife to cut my filet was disappointing. It definitely made an impact on my experience! I also ordered fries, but since they don’t provide ketchup at the tables, I had to wait for that as well. Unfortunately, I never received it and didn’t bother to ask again.
