Feedback
Double Zero enjoys a mixed reputation among diners. While some rave about the delicious vegan offerings, including pizza and salads, others express disappointment in service and food quality. Instances of burnt dishes and delayed meals have marred the experience for some patrons, although many appreciate the inviting ambiance and attentive staff. Highlights include the creative vegan meatball calzone and unique cocktails, which have garnered praise for their flavors. Despite occasional setbacks, several guests express a desire to return, drawn by the restaurant's innovative menu and the thriving vegan scene in Baltimore. Overall, it remains a noteworthy destination worth exploring.
The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu choices. The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients.
Double Zero provided me with one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had at an upscale vegan restaurant. The server was not only rude and unfriendly, but also neglected to acknowledge that we were celebrating a birthday. While not a major issue, it was disappointing. The pepperoni pizza arrived completely burnt and the dough of the eggplant calzone was undercooked in some areas. The prices were exorbitant for the quality of food offered. In a city with numerous superb vegan pizza options, it is advisable to steer clear of Double Zero. It is simply not worth it.
Double Zero is a winner all around!! I absolutely adored both the atmosphere and the food!!
The restaurant was temporarily closed but there was no sign in the window and Google said they were open. It would have been nice if the restaurant could have canceled my reservation so I could find another vegan restaurant to visit instead.
We had made reservations at Double Zero because we enjoy the food and usually receive excellent service. Unfortunately, we had reservations for Mother's Day and even changed them to a later time. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were surprised to find it closed with no explanation. This was especially disappointing on such a special occasion, and we struggled to find alternative plans. The restaurant was still listed as available on OpenTable and their website. While we understand that unexpected events can occur, we would have appreciated being informed in advance rather than driving 40 miles to a closed restaurant.
