My partner (who is allergic to shellfish) went in with a friend today and was told, very clearly, that she was being served pork dumplings, but was then given prawn dumplings instead. Had she not noticed straight away she could have been in serious trouble. I understand that miscommunication sometimes may occur, but if you're not 100% on what the customer has asked for, don't dish up seafood and assume it'll be fine!... View all feedback.
