If you find yourself in Ballarat, be sure to check out Eatsy Thai! This cozy spot offers delicious and light Thai dishes. Although the vegetarian menu is somewhat limited, the options they do have are excellent. I enjoyed the spring rolls, green curry with vegetables and tofu served with white rice, pad noodles with cashews, vegetable fried rice, raspberry lemonade, and a virgin mojito—all fresh, flavorful, and loaded with veggies. The flavors were perfectly balanced, making the meal both light and satisfying. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, despite the small size of the restaurant, making it a great choice for a casual dinner. For fresh, tasty Thai cuisine, Eatsy Thai is definitely worth a visit!
The red curry was absolutely delicious—definitely a 5-star dish. However, the vegetable chili basil stir fry was quite dry, earning only 2 stars. I also loved the ice bear; it was super cute. The service was very fast, and the staff were friendly.
